CHERRY PICKING AT YOUNG and BBQ at my place

Not many pics taken at the Cherry Picking trip because it was taken from a disposable camera and did not turn out good. However we had a one day trip of spending time in the sun picking and eating cherries. Chucking and cherry fightings. I remember it's an occasion to know Cam and Jessica better because i was really a shy and quiet person then and Cam and Jessica was trying to steal my cherries. That allowed me to start joking a bit more and more, and get to know them better. Another interesting memory was the first meeting of Dzung. The first impression was "con gai gi ma pha phach". Seriously, that was my first thought of Dzung as i did not know many people then and Dzung was kicking around and always wanted to fight and screeching..ha ha.. She turned out to be a good friend til now.
The other picture was taken at my place the sunday after TRung and Suong got married. I did not know anh Trung and Suong long b4 their wedding but we became friends very quickly from CabraVAle singing comp and they said come to their wedding as they already sent out the invitation a while ago . We sang at his wedding and it was lots of fun. The bbq show here was combination of my birthday and Tan Gia. It was my first time preparing for the bbq and salads etc. Wendy showed me how to make salads and ever after that i was not bad at it. Huy quite enjoy my other salad which i made for him at his birthday. Lap was the only one who scare of my salad because of fear of getting stomach ache. Yet he eat everything in VN. Funny Weird guy ha ha

Coffs Harbour and "Kinh Xiu"

This was an amazing trip, plenty of activities and we were not rushed at all. We started really really early in the morning. We hired 12 seats bus. Dinh was the driver and he picked us up at 4 or 4:30 am. We went to Jessica house and she and her mum prepared "xoi lap xuong" and we had it in the bus. We had various forms of entertainment including Ghost stories, singers like Jessica, Huy , Kinh and me, and Nguyen Ngoc Ngan stories, Kinh and Bao funny stories....We stayed at a reasonable inn, next to the beach of which we went out for jog, watch the sunrise??? swim, and playing various game" rong rang len may?" which produce a classic memory when Kinh fainted and suffer from stomach ache after running round in circles trying to chase the tail of the snake. we had earlier had dinner cooked by Jessica. He then blamed Jessica cooking for it. We were about to call ambulance when he was so nauseous. I remembered running back to the room to get my medical oil and splashed on him. He later complained that it was burning him. We had a good laugh when his name become "Kinh xiu" and we occasionally remind him that and especially in the game of Sherade. Apart from that we also spent time in a small swimming pool, making lots of splashing and noise, learning how to swim. There also a small mini tennis court which i remembered to beat Huy, Kinh and Lap on the last day of the stay. And i remembered being beaten by Jessica when she got drunk. I think i got angry and she was a bit upset. Look at the picture she and Bao trying to catch the bird. I think it's one of my fav picture.

HIGH SCHOOL At CABRAMATTA

I was studying quite hard. Not as hard as the "study hards" but it was study, singing, TVs and more singing, listening to music, drawing, daydreaming. I finished year 11 and 12 topping every subjects except English of course. I did not play any sports or exercise which is my biggest regret. I now do more to compensate that and surprisingly my friends who did play sports before are now lazy couch potatoes...Apart from Son who is very active..If look closely at the pictures you can see Son aka Simon withthe big curly hair. Another friend of mine, my best friend Phuoc Au, who continue onto UNI with me unfortunately passed awayin a tragic accident at Queensland from a rip. I was in Melbourne when it happened. Mixao boyfriend Eddie and Jerry were on the trip with him. That was at the end of 4th year Uni. He's the tall guy in the picture

MY CHILDHOOD

Not many pictures was taken in my childhood. These are the only remaining pictures. They are priceless in a way. I went to first class when i was 5 and found myself running out of the class to play shuttle cock with "be Luom". She was my deputy principle daughter, and my mum was the teacher. We got in trouble for that and i did not do too well, coming 14th in the class. I had to repeat and came firstthe second round. The picture show me receiving a gift for that. My mum looking on. She was the teacher in the three pictures. The other pic is with my brother at hoi cho Quang Trung.

My Birthday Party ...

I believe it was my 27th birthday. We celebrated at a Chinese Restaurant on Hume Highway around Straithtfield area. I was a skinny dude. We had a big table and Son also celebrated his birthday. Apart from those in the pics, anh Duc, chi Tam and Yen and Bien were also there but came late. We went to Bondi after that and anh Trung, Suong and Hoang and Thao joined us.

THE BOYS

The boys in their mid 20s taken at the snow trip. The Salmon was a favourite. Dinh, Son with big help from Wendy were responsible for the meals. Stayed in Canberra, went to a dance club which was empty until midnight when we decided to leave and the locals started to go in. Met a group of Canberra girls which were interesting to chat! and promise to stay in touch. But no email was sent except my fake one sending to Dinh. He thought it was real and was over the moon..ha ha..No one thought i would do such trick. And since Canberra is the capital of adult movies, we did a tour and only Lap bought a XXX movie. He scared of being caught with it at home and therefore i still posess it...

THE GIRLS POSE

HUNTERS VALLEY

HUNTER'S VALLEY... The place for wine tasting and peaceful activities. The place is calm and quiet, very very quiet. It was cool, slight breeze, serene and beautiful. We started at Trung Nguyen very early in the morning. We had Pho, and somehow all of us needed to go to the looooos quite often...We were flooding the toilets..as Tony and Wendy joked. Alp did not go, yet managed to get a box of wines for his grand father to " ngam ruu thuoc". He later said the wine was hopeless..ha ha..What a waste of us bringing home for him... We stayed at a reasonable place where we go for a walk in early moring and late evening. We had sea food buffet at a RSl club. We played cards until tired. We went wine tasting. We went bicycling, Horse riding when Cam's horse repeatedly kicked me in the ankle. My horse did not want to move...I remember Mark was always on the phone with Dung, And Wendy and Tony were happy together. What a different a few years made.

The ACTING

Yes i was involved in a bit of Acting in my mid twenties. I hate memorising lines but i thought that was fun to try. I get to be involved with 2 beautiful ladies Trang ( as my wife ) and Ly ( as my secretary). Apart from the 2 beautiful ladies, I also joined Kinh, Suong, and anh Duc on another play at Hoi Cho TET. And singing lien khuc nhac tre with Huy and Kinh.

Pics from Trips to the SNOW, when the group consists of Snow White ( Wendy ) and the seven dwarves ( Mark, Tony, Lap, Dinh, Huy, Son, Dien ). The time at CabraVale on Thusday, Friday, and saturday nights. Learning how to dance from Vu su Jessica and Hung. Now Cam and Dien are the qualified "vu su "...i..e..Singing competition was a fashion. Dancing was a must. We were young and " innocent". We still half innocent now..ha ha..on the outside














And some pics from the trip to Blue Mountains. They stayed at my surgery overnight. Dung was drunk and fell over and over again. Mark enjoy the stay with 2 girls on either side and he slept well, managed to snore too.

Trip to the JUNGLE

The trip to the middle of the "jungle". Well we had Huyen and Jessica as chef cooks, with others helpers:Cam, Mixao, Sue. Anh Duc, Lap, Duy, Hai Dang, Andy, Mark and Dung. The weather was hot, we did not have electricity for the day. We cool down by going to the river for a swim and canoeing. The night activities include singing along with a Duc guitar. Playing games such as badminton, Sherade and blindfolding and guessing the person by holding hand. Cam could not resist laughing and therefore lost many times. I remember Mixao also enjoyed my half boiled egg. Rarely do i serve anyone foods. At night we were not only attacked by outside insects, we were terrorised by anh Duc and Duy snoring. I once had to sleep in my car, and spent the next night in the girl bedroom. Somehow Dung's underwear landed in my bed. What happened none of us remembered...We thought the weather was bad and we would not enjoy it. It happen to be the one of the best trips we had. Everyone had FUN. real FUN

GOLD COAST TRIP

Gold Coast trip with foods served by chefs: An, Nam, Triet and kitchen hands Xena, Phuong. We had great time at the beach with Phuong rolling on the sands thinking she was a mermaid. Trip also include Loan, Kinh, Huy, anh Duc Chi Tam, Lap, Son and Xena friends. Pics taken at the Casino, Sea World 4-D cinema, and Thai dinner. We stayed at a spooky house with a ghostly theme.
